Four things, all of which we can tell you after a twenty-minute call.
We count people with accounts. A partner with a laptop, a desktop, and a phone is one user.
Each physical or virtual server is quoted separately, typically $95–$180 per month depending on role.
No travel charge inside Metro Vancouver and most of the Fraser Valley. Chilliwack and further east carry a flat, quoted travel fee.
If the first documentation pass finds significant remediation, that is quoted as a one-time fixed fee. It is never billed hourly as a surprise.
Pricing questions
Why publish from-prices at all?
Because the alternative wastes your time. If our starting point is wrong for your budget you should learn that in thirty seconds, not after two meetings.
What is the minimum engagement?
Four users for Managed service. Below that, the Handover Pack plus ad-hoc support usually serves a firm better and costs less.
Is there a setup fee?
There is a documentation engagement at the start, priced as a fixed fee once we have seen what exists. It is the Handover Pack, and you keep the output.
Do prices rise after a year?
Rates are reviewed annually and any change is given sixty days in advance in writing. There are no automatic escalators buried in a schedule.
What is not included?
Hardware, software licences, and third-party subscriptions, which you buy directly in your own name. We take no margin on any of them.
