Most 3-to-20 person firms run on tribal knowledge. One person set up the network, knows the passwords, and never wrote any of it down. It works, right up until the day they're on vacation, they've moved on, or they just don't call back — and whoever's left has no idea where anything is.

Here's what that actually looks like, in practice.
Who we work with
We work with firms where a quiet IT failure isn't just inconvenient — it's a compliance problem, a client-confidentiality problem, or a missed deadline that costs real money.
Tax season uptime, record keeping, and file access that survives staff turnover.

Read →The Handover Pack
Most firms find out how little they actually own the moment they try to leave their current provider. The Handover Pack fixes that in advance. A flat-fee documentation package — every credential, your tenant ownership transferred to your name, a full network diagram, and a written exposure report. You keep all of it, whether you hire us or not.

Questions we are asked first
What happens if we leave?
You keep every credential, diagram, and document. Accounts and licences are already in your firm's name, so leaving costs you notice and nothing else.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. Managed service is month to month. The Handover Pack is a one-time flat fee with no ongoing commitment.
Can you work alongside our existing IT person?
Yes. Many firms start with documentation so their existing contractor or staff member is no longer the only person who knows how things work.
How fast do you respond?
Thirty minutes, in writing, during business hours. Managed clients also have an after-hours line.
